Strong Sweep Focus
Strong Sweep Focus spends one Focus meter to trip an enemy and put them on the ground. IGN says it can affect every enemy except Yang, potentially interrupt an attack and create time for follow-up punches. EIP notes that waiting before attacking can also give your structure time to recover.
How it works
The move depends on having a Focus meter available. Its knockdown gives a chance to deal follow-up damage or pause briefly while structure recovers; the source specifically excludes Yang from the trip effect.
When it helps
Consider it when you want a Focus attack that can interrupt and knock down most enemies.
