Enhancing and transferring accessory skills
Newly crafted accessories have their listed skills locked until enhanced. Enhancement consumes accessory materials; the guide says progress depends on material rank, rather than only counting individual pieces.
How it works
Skill transfer can move a skill from one accessory to another, allowing a desired perk to be kept when changing equipment. The source accessory must be at maximum level, and the transfer destroys it. The guide also says the skills rolled on a newly crafted accessory are random, so transfer is a way to replace an unwanted perk when a suitable one is available elsewhere.
