Railjack Tactical turret-damage ability mod

Released Dec 13, 2019

Battle Stations temporarily boosts Railjack turret damage. Consider activating it when a short turret-damage window is useful; its effect lasts seconds and then has a long listed cooldown.

Battle Stations GUIDE

Understand Battle Stations

Useful when…

  • A timed boost to Railjack turret damage.

Effect and slot

At rank 0 it boosts turret damage by 20% for 16 seconds; at rank 3, by 55% for 22 seconds; and at rank 5, by 65% for 26 seconds. Its cooldown is 240 seconds. It is for Railjack Tactical Slot 2, has universal polarity, and base drain 0.

Ranking tradeoff

It has five ranks. The listed rank 4 to 5 step costs 320 Endo and 15,456 Credits, improving both the boost amount and its duration in the rank examples. Consider the investment if you expect to use its brief turret-damage window.

Comparison and timing

Death Blossom is another Slot 2 Tactical option: it removes turret cooldowns for 25 seconds and has a 300-second cooldown. That changes turret firing availability rather than adding Battle Stations’ stated damage percentage. Battle Stations’ own 240-second cooldown means its boost is not continuous; use it for the intended window.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • The turret boost is temporary and has a 240-second cooldown.
  • It occupies Tactical Slot 2.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Expecting the 65% boost to persist beyond its listed 26-second maximum duration.
  • Confusing Battle Stations with Death Blossom’s turret-cooldown effect.
  • Overlooking the 240-second cooldown or the Slot 2 assignment.
