Understand Coaction Drift
Useful when…
- Amplify relevant Aura benefits for the squad while gaining an additional personal benefit.
- Use when the team’s Aura choices make its conditional scaling useful.
What does it change?
At rank 0, Coaction Drift increases squad benefits from Auras by 2.5% more and gives you an additional 2.5% from Auras. At rank 3, both listed values are 10%; at rank 5, both are 15%. The mod describes these as increases to Aura benefits, not as a fixed health, damage, or ability-stat grant. How useful it is therefore depends on which Aura effects are active.
Slot and build fit
It is a standard Warframe Exilus mod with Naramon polarity, maximum rank 5, and base drain 4. The slot restriction matters: it competes for Exilus capacity rather than an ordinary Warframe slot. Other listed Warframe mods illustrate different goals: Anticipation is a Conclave knockdown and stagger protection mod, Archon Vitality lists health and a Heat-ability status effect, and Energy Conversion grants Ability Strength to your next cast after an Energy Orb. These effects are not direct substitutes for Aura amplification.
Rank investment
Example fusion costs are 30 Endo and 1,449 credits for rank 0→1, 120 Endo and 5,796 credits for 2→3, and 480 Endo and 23,184 credits for 4→5. Rank raises both stated Aura benefits. A lower rank costs less and still provides the listed effect; invest further when the additional percentage is useful to the Aura setup you plan to run.
Avoid assuming a fixed payoff
Coaction Drift does not replace an Aura: its stated effect amplifies Aura benefits. Do not assume the listed percentages translate into a particular final stat without the Aura and its mechanics. Its Exilus slot and Naramon polarity should be considered when fitting the rest of the Warframe configuration.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Its benefit depends on Aura effects being present and relevant.
- It occupies an Exilus slot and requires fusion resources to maximize both listed percentages.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating Coaction Drift as an Aura mod that supplies its own Aura effect.
- Assuming its percentage produces a specific final stat without considering the Aura.
- Overlooking that it occupies the Exilus slot.
