Effect and condition
Hemorrhage triggers from an Impact status effect and then has a chance to apply a Slash status effect. The chance is 10% at rank 0, 25% at rank 3, and 35% at rank 5. The listed chance is doubled when fire rate is below 2.5. The mod therefore depends on producing Impact status effects; it does not itself state that it adds Impact or status chance.

This standard-slot pistol mod has Madurai polarity, base drain 10, and a maximum rank of 5. The listed rank 4-to-5 step costs 480 Endo and 23,184 Credits. Weigh the improved conversion chance against the rank cost, particularly if the weapon does not reliably create Impact status effects or its fire rate is not below 2.5.
