Effect and trigger
This Conclave augment restores shields on a kill, and only while Hysteria is active. It restores 5% of maximum shields per kill at rank 0, 15% at rank 2, and 20% at rank 3. The amount is expressed as a share of maximum shields, not a fixed shield value.
Variant and slot
Hysterical Fixation is a standard-slot Conclave Warframe mod with Zenurik polarity and base drain 6. Its shield recovery depends on the Hysteria-and-kill condition.
