Understand Mentor's Legacy
Useful when…

- Use the basic Tennokai-enabling effect when the listed specialized effects are not the goal.
Effect and rank

Slot and stats
Mentor's Legacy is an Uncommon, Naramon-polarity melee Exilus mod with base drain 4. No rank track is listed.
Other listed Tennokai effects
Condition's Perfection also enables Tennokai and adds +100% status chance on Tennokai attacks. Discipline's Merit makes opportunities occur every 4 melee hits instead of at random. Dreamer's Wrath increases opportunity chance by 50% and critical damage by 32% for Tennokai attacks. These descriptions identify different added effects; they do not establish availability on the same terms or that the mods are interchangeable.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses a melee Exilus slot and has no stated effect beyond enabling Tennokai.
- Other listed Tennokai mods have distinct additional effects.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting this rank-0 mod to provide status, opportunity-frequency, or critical-damage bonuses.
- Assuming the other Tennokai mods are available on the same terms or interchangeable.
