Understand Necramech Seismic Wave
Useful when…
- Use it when slam attacks are a deliberate part of your Necramech combat approach.
- Compare it with mods for other goals if you rarely use slam attacks.
Effect and rank values
The listed bonus is +7.5% at rank 0, +30% at rank 3, and +45% at rank 5.
Fit and investment
This standard Necramech mod has Madurai polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 5. The displayed fusion steps include 30 Endo and 1,449 Credits for rank 0 to 1; 120 Endo and 5,796 Credits for rank 2 to 3; and 480 Endo and 23,184 Credits for rank 4 to 5. The final step is notably costly, so consider whether the increase from the earlier ranks fits your capacity and investment priorities.
Keep attack bonuses distinct
Necramech Blitz lists +80% Slide Attack Damage, which applies to slide attacks rather than slams. Necramech Aviator lists 40% reduced damage while airborne, a conditional defensive effect. These can be relevant for different combat patterns, but neither is a direct replacement for slam damage.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Only benefits slam attack damage, so value depends on using that attack type.
- The last listed rank step has substantial Endo and Credit costs.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating the slam bonus as an increase to all Necramech damage.
- Confusing Slam Attack Damage with Slide Attack Damage.
