Understand Peculiar End
Useful when…
- Use when you perform finisher kills and want the associated dissolution effect.
- Compare with Peculiar Audience for a kill-triggered reaction, Peculiar Bloom for a critical-hit effect, or Peculiar Growth for an effect triggered by damage.
Effect and condition
Only finisher kills are described as triggering the chance to dissolve an enemy. The chance is 50% at rank 0, 80% at rank 3, and 100% at rank 5. The effect is cosmetic as described; no combat benefit is specified.
Slot, exclusions, and rank cost
This is a standard Warframe Exilus mod with Naramon polarity, base drain 2, and maximum rank 5. Its final rank step costs 160 Endo and 7,728 Credits. It explicitly excludes Peculiar Audience, Peculiar Growth, and Peculiar Bloom, so it cannot be equipped with those listed mods.
Different Peculiar triggers
Peculiar Audience can trigger on an enemy kill, with a 60% maximum listed chance and a 20-second cooldown. Peculiar Bloom reacts to critical hits. Peculiar Growth triggers on damage and inflates the body part hit for six seconds at the described effect. These are distinct cosmetic effects; they do not replace Peculiar End’s finisher condition.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The trigger is limited to finisher kills.
- Higher ranks cost Endo and Credits to improve the chance; the effect provides no stated combat benefit.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the effect from ordinary kills rather than finisher kills.
- Treating the 100% chance at max rank as a damage bonus.
