Understand Primo Flair
Useful when…
- Raising the maximum K-Drive trick combo during extended trick runs.
- Using a Naramon-polarity K-Drive slot.
Effect and conditions
Primo Flair changes the maximum trick combo: 3,500 at rank 0, 5,000 at rank 3, and 6,000 at rank 5. It is a standard K-Drive mod with Naramon polarity and base drain 4. The listed effect raises the cap; it does not itself add trick points or a score multiplier.
Rank investment
The mod reaches rank 5. The listed rank 4-to-5 step costs 480 Endo and 23,184 Credits for the increase from the rank 4 value toward the 6,000 cap. Consider ranking it according to whether your trick combos make use of that extra headroom.
Related K-Drive effects
Inertia Dampeners adds a trick-score point multiplier, Juice converts trick points into energy, and Kinetic Friction releases Electricity damage after grinding and landing. These affect scoring, energy, or combat respectively; they do not raise the maximum combo in the way Primo Flair does.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses a standard K-Drive slot with base drain 4.
- The higher combo ceiling matters only when the run can build combos beyond a lower cap.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not confuse a higher combo cap with a point multiplier; the effects are distinct.
- Do not expect the mod to provide its maximum 6,000 cap before rank 5.
