Understand Push & Pull
Useful when…
- Conclave control around Equinox when changing forms.
- A Metamorphosis-focused setup that can make use of the different Day-form and Night-form effects.
Effect by form
At maximum rank, switching to Day-form staggers enemies within 6 m; switching to Night-form knocks enemies down. At rank 0, the Day-form stagger radius is 3 m, and at rank 2 it is 5 m. The stated radius applies to the Day-form stagger; the Night-form effect is described as a knockdown without a listed radius.
Fit and investment
Push & Pull is a Conclave standard-slot mod for Equinox with Zenurik polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 3. Fusion costs rise from 30 Endo and 1,449 Credits at rank 0 to 1, to 120 Endo and 5,796 Credits at rank 2 to 3. Rank investment increases the Day-form stagger radius; the listed Night-form knockdown does not show rank scaling.
Other Equinox augments
Calm & Frenzy modifies Rest & Rage so killing an affected enemy spreads its effect to nearby enemies. Energy Transfer conserves Mend & Maim charge when switching forms. Duality modifies Metamorphosis by freeing Equinox’s other half for 10 seconds. These are different effects and variants; they do not share Push & Pull’s stated control effects, and the listed candidates are standard variants rather than Conclave variants.
Acquisition
Conclave, Tempest is the listed source; the entry lists a 100% chance.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The stagger and knockdown require a form switch.
- Only the Day-form stagger has a listed radius and rank scaling.
- It is a Conclave variant.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assigning the 6 m Day-form radius to the Night-form knockdown; no radius is listed for that effect.
- Expecting control without changing forms.
- Mistaking the Conclave augment for the standard variants of the other Equinox augment examples.
