Understand Razorwing Blitz
Useful when…
- Build around repeated ability use during Razorwing to maintain the augment’s timed bonuses.
- Use it when both faster flight and faster firing are useful to your Titania setup.
What does it do?
Using abilities grants 25% Flight Speed and 25% Fire Rate for a duration determined by rank. The effect can stack up to four times. Rank 0 lasts 2 seconds, rank 2 lasts 6 seconds, and rank 3 lasts 8 seconds. The supplied effect does not specify additional behavior beyond those bonuses, duration, trigger, and stack cap.
When is it useful?
The augment is most relevant when you are using abilities often enough to refresh its short duration and can benefit from increased flight speed and fire rate. It occupies a standard Titania mod slot, so weigh those effects against other standard-slot choices. Beguiling Lantern affects weapon damage against attracted enemies; Spellbound Harvest requires Spellbind to hit at least four enemies for its stated benefit. Those augments support different ability plans rather than duplicating Razorwing Blitz.
Is ranking it worthwhile?
Ranking up extends the bonus window from 2 seconds at rank 0 to 8 seconds at rank 3; the listed bonus per stack remains 25% Flight Speed and 25% Fire Rate. Example fusion steps cost 30 Endo and 1,449 Credits from rank 0 to 1, then 120 Endo and 5,796 Credits from rank 2 to 3. Consider intermediate ranks if the extra duration is not worth the additional fusion cost or mod capacity.
Slot and alternatives
Razorwing Blitz is a standard Titania mod with Zenurik polarity and base drain 6. Ironclad Flight is an Exilus choice that disables vacuum in Razorwing and lists 40% reduced damage while airborne, so its slot and purpose differ. Do not select either augment solely by rarity: their listed effects address separate mechanics.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Short duration means ability use must continue to get value from the effect.
- Uses a standard slot and requires capacity; its base drain is 6 before polarity effects.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the bonus to trigger without using abilities.
- Ignoring the short rank 0 duration when deciding whether to invest in fusion.
- Confusing this standard-slot augment with Ironclad Flight’s Exilus and airborne damage effect.
