Understand Spry Sights
Useful when…
- Use it for a Conclave pistol setup that benefits from movement while aiming.
- Fit it in an Exilus slot; the listed variant is Conclave and the polarity is Madurai.
What happens while aiming?
The bonus is conditional on aiming: rank 0 grants +5% Movement Speed, rank 2 grants +15%, and rank 3 reaches +20%. No effect outside aiming is specified. This is a Conclave variant for pistols, not a general pistol damage mod.
How much should you rank it?
The mod has ranks 0–3. The given fusion costs rise from 20 Endo and 966 Credits for 0→1, to 40 Endo and 1,932 Credits for 1→2, and 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits for 2→3. Rank it according to how often aimed mobility matters in your setup; each rank increases the stated movement bonus.
How is it different from aimed-shot mods?
Embedded Catalyzer grants status chance for 9 seconds after an ability cast; Hydraulic Crosshairs grants critical chance for 9 seconds after a weak-point hit; Galvanized Crosshairs has weak-point hit and kill conditions, with stacking critical chance. Those are Standard variants and use standard slots, whereas Spry Sights is a Conclave Exilus movement mod. Their effects and conditions differ.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The movement bonus only applies while aiming.
- The Conclave variant and Exilus slot distinguish it from the compared Standard pistol mods.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the movement bonus to apply when not aiming.
- Confusing this Conclave Exilus mod with Standard pistol mods that require ability casts or weak-point hits.
