Summoner's Wrath

Aura mod that increases Companion and Summon damage for the squad.

Released Dec 13, 2024

Summoner's Wrath grants squadwide Companion and Summon Damage, reaching 75% at rank 5. Consider it when you want an Aura slot to support damage from Companions or Summons; its bonus does not describe a direct increase to the Warframe's own weapon damage.

Understand Summoner's Wrath

Useful when…

  • Support a squad using Companion or Summon damage.
  • Use a Madurai Aura when the squadwide damage bonus is more useful than a different Aura effect.

What does it affect?

The effect rises from 12.5% at rank 0 to 50% at rank 3 and 75% at rank 5. The description specifies Companion and Summon Damage for the squad; it does not give a formula for converting that bonus into final damage.

Slot and ranking

This is a rank 0–5 Aura with Madurai polarity and base drain −2. It costs 20 Endo and 966 Credits for the rank 0→1 step; later listed steps rise to 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits for 2→3, then 320 Endo and 15,456 Credits for 4→5. Rank it further when the additional squad bonus justifies the increasing fusion cost.

When another Aura fits better

Dead Eye instead boosts squad Sniper Rifle Damage, while Dreamer's Bond provides Energy and Health regeneration. Those serve different squad needs, so compare their effects with the damage sources your squad actually uses.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • The bonus is specific to Companion and Summon damage.
  • Higher ranks give a stronger bonus but require larger listed fusion costs.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Treating its listed bonus as a bonus to the Warframe's own weapon damage.
  • Assuming a squadwide Aura is useful when the squad does not rely on Companion or Summon damage.
