Flawed Tactical Pump increases shotgun Reload Speed: +3% at rank 0, +9% at rank 2, and +12% at rank 3. It is a standard-slot shotgun mod with Naramon polarity and base drain 2. Its explicit exclusions are Tactical Pump and Primed Tactical Pump, so do not plan to equip it together with either.
Rank and alternatives
The maximum rank is 3; the listed rank 2 to 3 upgrade costs 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits for an increase from +9% to +12% Reload Speed. Tactical Pump reaches +60% at rank 5, while Primed Tactical Pump is listed at +100%; both are separately named excluded variants.
