Understand Tesla Bank
Useful when…
- Add a death-triggered Electricity burst to enemies first attached by Tesla Nervos.
- Use when your Vauban setup can make use of the listed 8 m burst radius at max rank.
What triggers the burst?
The augment converts an enemy’s health at the time a Nervos first attaches into an Electricity burst when that enemy is killed. At rank 0 the listed radius is 5 m; rank 2 lists 7 m, and rank 3 lists 8 m. The input does not specify a damage formula, so the health conversion should not be read as a particular damage value.
When is it useful?
It suits a setup that uses Tesla Nervos to attach to enemies and can then kill those marked targets. Since the listed effect is tied to the first attachment and the target’s later death, it is less directly useful when enemies are killed before a Nervos attaches or when you are not using Tesla Nervos.
Rank and slot tradeoff
This is a Rare, rank 3 Vauban standard mod with Zenurik polarity and base drain 6. Ranking expands the burst radius from 5 m to 8 m; the given fusion examples cost 30, 60, then 120 Endo and 1,449, 2,898, then 5,796 Credits for successive ranks. Rank it when the extra radius matters to your intended use and your capacity permits it.
How it differs from other Vauban augments
Enduring Bastille extends Bastille when an enemy is killed inside it and increases Vortex duration when additional Vortexes are thrown into it. Photon Repeater instead refunds the next Photon Strike and adds two strikes when a cast hits at least five enemies. Those address different ability conditions; neither is a direct version of Tesla Bank’s Nervos death burst.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses a standard mod slot and 6 base drain.
- Its effect depends on Tesla Nervos attaching before the target dies.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the listed converted health determines a specific damage number; no numeric damage formula is supplied.
- Expecting a burst if the enemy dies before a Nervos first attaches.
