Understand Tribunal
Useful when…
- Share portions of Penance and Thurible effects with allies attacking Condemn-chained enemies.
What is the trigger and effect?
Other players must attack enemies chained by Condemn. Tribunal then lets those attacks trigger the listed effects of Penance and Thurible for allies. The effect rises from 40% at rank 0 to 80% at rank 2 and 100% at rank 3.
When should you use it?
It is suited to situations where allies can attack Condemn-chained enemies and benefit from the shared Penance and Thurible effects. Warding Thurible instead provides damage reduction to allies in range while channeling Thurible and grants an additional Energy charge whenever they are damaged. Lasting Covenant extends Covenant’s critical-chance bonus duration when Harrow gets weak-point kills. Those augments support different abilities and conditions.
Rank and capacity
Tribunal is a rare standard Harrow mod with zenurik polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 3. Listed fusion costs are 30 Endo and 1,449 Credits from rank 0 to 1, 60 and 2,898 from rank 1 to 2, and 120 and 5,796 from rank 2 to 3. Rank it according to how much of the Penance and Thurible effects you want allies to trigger; the stated trigger percentage increases at each listed milestone.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The shared effects require allies to attack enemies chained by Condemn.
- It uses a standard mod slot with base drain 6.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not expect Tribunal’s ally effect without Condemn-chained enemies being attacked.
- Do not mistake the augment’s percentage for the rank of Penance or Thurible themselves.
