Understand Warding Thurible
Useful when…
- Support nearby allies during Thurible channeling with damage reduction and extra Energy charge on damage.
- Use in a group setup where the allies affected can benefit from both effects.
Effect and conditions
At maximum rank, allies in range take 50% less damage while Harrow channels Thurible; each time they are damaged, they grant 1.0 additional Energy charge. Rank 0 provides 30% damage reduction and 0.5 additional charge, while rank 2 provides 40% and 0.8. The damage reduction is limited to allies in range during the channel, and the extra charge depends on those allies being damaged.
Fit and ranking
Warding Thurible is a standard Harrow augment with Zenurik polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 3. Listed fusion steps cost 30, 60, and 120 Endo and 1,449, 2,898, and 5,796 Credits. Ranking raises both effects together; invest further when the additional reduction and charge are useful to the way allies play around Thurible.
Distinguish other Harrow augments
Tribunal modifies Condemn so other players trigger Penance and Thurible effects when attacking chained enemies. Lasting Covenant instead extends Covenant’s critical-chance bonus duration after weak-point kills. Those augments support different abilities and conditions, so neither duplicates Warding Thurible’s damage reduction and damage-triggered extra Energy charge.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses a standard mod slot and has base drain 6.
- Its benefits require allies to be in range while Thurible is being channeled; extra charge also requires damage to occur.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not treat the damage reduction as a permanent aura; the channel and range conditions apply.
- Do not count the additional Energy charge when no affected ally is damaged.
