Trigger and radius
The augment restores Voruna's charges when an enemy dies from Slash Status within range during Ulfrun's attack. Its radius scales with rank: 5 m at rank 0, 15 m at rank 2, and 20 m at rank 3. Both the Slash Status kill and the timing during Ulfrun's attack are part of the trigger.
Build fit and investment
This is a standard Voruna mod with Zenurik polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 3. The listed rank-up steps cost 30, 60, and 120 Endo, plus 1,449, 2,898, and 5,796 Credits. Ranking increases the radius, which can make qualifying kills count from farther away; it does not change the stated kill and timing conditions.
Different Voruna augment effect
Prey of Dynar modifies Shroud of Dynar: it increases an enemy's Damage Vulnerability by 50%, and using Fang of Raksh on that enemy increases its spread radius by 150%. That is a separate ability effect and does not provide Ulfrun's charge restoration.
