Effect and use
At rank 0 it adds 1 Boost Speed; at rank 5, 6; and at rank 10, 11. It consumes 10 Energy/s at every listed rank. The effect is a flat Boost Speed bonus, distinct from a percentage increase to K-Drive Boost Speed.
Fit and investment
This is a standard K-Drive mod with Naramon polarity, base drain 4, and a maximum rank of 10. Rank increases the speed bonus but does not reduce the stated energy consumption. Nitro Boost instead lists +30% K-Drive Boost Speed; Juice lists energy gained from tricks, a different way to address energy. Those effects do not establish direct equivalence.
Practical tradeoff
The continuous energy cost makes this a conditional choice for routes where boosting can be sustained. Extreme Velocity lists +30% K-Drive Speed, rather than Boost Speed, so compare the named stat you want instead of treating the two bonuses as interchangeable.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Higher ranks add Boost Speed but retain the 10 Energy/s cost.

Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming ranking the mod lowers its 10 Energy/s consumption.
