Fulgurite Shards grant movement speed on armor, cooldown reduction on weapons, or energy shield percentage on other gear.
How it works
The shard's armor effect is movement speed, listed from 0.5% for Mastercrafted to 4% for Archeotech. Weapon sockets grant cooldown reduction, with listed values from 0.5% through 5%. Other items receive Energy Shield %, rising from 2% to 20% by quality. The table distinguishes all three slot types; it does not specify which cooldowns or movement calculations are affected.
