Sicarian Shards add suppression to armor, critical chance to weapons, or critical power to other items, with bonuses listed by quality.
How it works
The armor bonus is +Suppression: 30, 60, 120, 300, and 900 across the five listed qualities. Weapon sockets grant +Crit %, from 0.4% at Mastercrafted to 4% at Archeotech. Other items gain +Crit Power, listed as 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10. The source identifies the effect and slot for each row but does not explain how critical power is calculated.
