Heart of the Furnace

Stellar Glimmer reaction support set

Introduced in v7.0

Heart of the Furnace grants ATK to its wearer when they trigger or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction damage and increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG for nearby party members. Consider it when those reactions are part of the party’s damage plan.

Heart of the Furnace GUIDE

Understand Heart of the Furnace

Useful when…

  • A party that deals Stellar Glimmer reaction damage and can use nearby party support.
  • An off-field wearer able to trigger or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction damage.

What are the set’s effects?

Two pieces grant 18% ATK. Four pieces increase the wearer’s ATK by 12% for 12 seconds when they trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. The set also increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 50%. Both effects can trigger while the wearer is off-field. The Stellar Glimmer DMG bonus from multiple sets with the same name does not stack.

When should you consider it?

Its team benefit is specific to Stellar Glimmer reaction damage, while the wearer’s separate ATK increase also requires triggering or dealing that reaction damage. The off-field trigger condition allows the wearer to contribute without staying active, provided the stated reaction condition is met. The two-piece ATK bonus does not depend on that four-piece trigger.

How do the listed alternatives differ?

Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City grants elemental damage bonuses after the wearer triggers a reaction related to their Elemental Type; its larger bonus additionally requires the wearer to be in Nightsoul’s Blessing. Celestial Gift requires Witch’s Homework and an Elemental Skill to grant an elemental damage bonus to nearby allies, with an upgrade under Hexerei: Secret Rite conditions. Night of the Sky’s Unveiling grants Elemental Mastery and uses nearby Lunar Reactions plus the wearer being on-field to grant CRIT Rate and contribute to a party Lunar Reaction bonus. These options have different reaction types, party conditions, and effects.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • The team damage bonus supports Stellar Glimmer reactions specifically.
  • The same-name set damage bonuses do not stack.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Assuming the 50% team bonus increases all damage types; it applies to Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG.
  • Equipping multiple copies expecting their same-name reaction DMG bonuses to stack.

Effects and reference details

2-piece bonus

4-piece bonus

Increases the equipping character's ATK by 12% for 12s when they trigger a Stellar Glimmer reaction or deal Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG. Also increases Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by all nearby party members by 50%. The above effects can trigger even when the equipping character is not on the field, and the DMG bonus from multiple Artifact Sets with the same name do not stack.
