Understand Night of the Sky's Unveiling
Useful when…
- Lunar Reaction focused party support
- On-field wearer who benefits from conditional CRIT Rate
Bonuses and conditions
Two pieces increase Elemental Mastery by 80. With four pieces, nearby party members triggering Lunar Reactions grants the on-field wearer Gleaming Moon: Intent for 4 seconds. It increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 15% at Nascent Gleam or 30% at Ascendant Gleam. All party members' Lunar Reaction DMG increases by 10% for each different Gleaming Moon effect party members have; Gleaming Moon effects cannot stack.
Practical fit
The four-piece CRIT Rate condition requires both a nearby party member's Lunar Reaction and the wearer being on-field. Its short 4-second duration makes the trigger timing relevant. The party Lunar Reaction DMG increase counts different Gleaming Moon effects, so duplicate effects do not stack; do not assume every wearer adds another identical bonus.
Related Lunar options
Silken Moon's Serenade activates when the wearer deals Elemental DMG and grants party Elemental Mastery for 8 seconds, including while the wearer is off-field; it also uses the distinct Gleaming Moon effect rule for Lunar Reaction DMG. Flower of Paradise Lost instead increases the wearer's specified Bloom-family reaction damage after triggering those reactions. Gilded Dreams grants personal ATK or Elemental Mastery based on party elemental types after a reaction. These offer different triggers and beneficiaries.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The CRIT Rate effect requires the wearer to be on-field and lasts 4 seconds.
- Gleaming Moon effects cannot stack; party Lunar Reaction DMG depends on different effects.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the CRIT Rate bonus while the wearer is off-field.
- Counting duplicate Gleaming Moon effects as stackable party bonuses.
