Burst stance and Skill use
Sacred Rite: Wolf's Swiftness costs 80 energy, has a 20-second cooldown, and lists a 10-second basic duration, with a maximum duration of 18 seconds. It converts Cyno's Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks to Electro that cannot be overridden, increases Elemental Mastery and interruption resistance, and grants immunity to Electro-Charged damage. Leaving the field cancels it. Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer is a swift Electro thrust outside the state; during the Burst it becomes Mortuary Rite, an AoE Electro attack that extends the state by four seconds. Its cooldown is 7.5 seconds outside the stance and three seconds for Mortuary Rite.
Endseer timing and Elemental Mastery
During the Burst, Cyno periodically enters Endseer stance. Activating his Skill during that stance triggers Judication: the Skill damage increases by 35% and three Duststalker Bolts fire, each dealing Electro damage equal to 100% of Cyno's ATK. Bolt damage counts as Skill damage. Authority Over the Nine Bows adds damage equal to 150% of Elemental Mastery to Burst-state Normal Attacks and 250% of Elemental Mastery to Duststalker Bolts. Investment priorities

Featherfall Judgment
When Cyno is in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state activated by Sacred Rite: Wolf's Swiftness, Cyno will enter the Endseer stance at intervals. If he activates Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer while affected by this stance, he will activate the Judication effect, increasing the DMG of this Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer by 35%, and firing off 3 Duststalker Bolts that deal 100% of Cyno's ATK as Electro DMG.
Duststalker Bolt DMG is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
Authority Over the Nine Bows
