Freminet GUIDE
Understand Freminet
Useful when…
- Alternating normal attacks and Skill to build and release Pers pressure.
- Using pressure levels 1–3 for combined Cryo and Physical damage or level 4 for Physical damage.
- Reducing aquatic stamina consumption for the party outside the non-stacking limitation.
Pers pressure and Shattering Pressure
Pressurized Floe begins with an upward thrust that deals Cryo damage and starts Pers Timer for 10 seconds. While the timer is active, normal attacks add Cryo damage and raise Pers’s pressure; that added Cryo damage counts as Elemental Skill damage. Using the Skill again releases Shattering Pressure and ends the timer. At pressure 0, it deals a Cryo vertical cut; at levels 1–3, it deals Cryo and Physical damage whose amounts change with pressure; at level 4, it deals Physical damage and normal attacks are temporarily replaced by Shattering Pressure. His Skill also creates a Pneuma-aligned Spiritbreath Thorn at intervals after the upward thrust.
Burst and Shatter synergy
Shadowhunter’s Ambush deals area Cryo damage, resets the Skill cooldown, and starts Subnautical Hunter for 10 seconds. During that mode, interruption resistance increases, the Skill cooldown is reduced by 70%, normal attacks add one extra pressure level, and the frost damage from those attacks is doubled. Leaving the field cancels these effects, so this is a window for keeping Freminet active and building pressure. Saturation Deep Dive reduces the Skill cooldown by 1 second when he releases Shattering Pressure before reaching pressure level 4. Parallel Condensers increases Shattering Pressure damage by 40% for 5 seconds after Freminet triggers Shatter.
Talent priorities and costs
The Skill is central because it supplies the pressure-building Cryo hits and the final Shattering Pressure attack. Burst investment supports its initial hit and the mode used to accelerate Skill cycles. Normal Attack investment is more relevant if you use its direct strikes, although those attacks also build pressure during Pers Timer. Ascension and talent upgrades use Mora and Fontaine materials; the listed level-10 talent step includes a Crown of Insight and two Worldspan Fern. The cost of raising all tracks competes with investment in the talents your play pattern actually uses.
Limitations and related characters
Shattering Pressure consumes Pers Timer, so releasing early gives a lower pressure level; delaying too long risks letting the 10-second timer expire. Burst mode ends if Freminet leaves the field, and the 40% Shatter bonus only follows a Shatter trigger and lasts 5 seconds. Deepwater Navigation reduces aquatic stamina consumption by 35%, but does not stack with passive talents that provide the exact same effect.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- His Skill attack changes according to pressure, so the player must manage its timing.
- Subnautical Hunter’s benefits are canceled when he leaves the field.
- The Shatter damage bonus only applies after Freminet triggers Shatter and lasts 5 seconds.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Using Shattering Pressure before building pressure when aiming for its higher levels.
- Switching Freminet off-field during Subnautical Hunter and expecting its effects to continue.
- Assuming the aquatic stamina passive stacks with an identical effect.
Effects and reference details
Flowing Eddies · Normal attack
Normal Attack
Performs up to 4 consecutive strikes.
Charged Attack
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous spinning attacks against all nearby opponents.
At the end of the sequence, performs a more powerful slash.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

Pressurized Floe · Elemental skill
Performs an upward thrust that deals Cryo DMG and causes Freminet to enter Pers Timer for 10s.
While Pers Timer is active, his Elemental Skill will turn into Shattering Pressure.
Shattering Pressure
Executes different sorts of attacks based on the Pressure Level of Pers Timer, and then cancels Pers Timer.
·Level 0: Unleashes a vertical cut, dealing Cryo DMG.
·Levels 1 to 3: Unleashes a vertical cut alongside Pers, dealing Cryo DMG and Physical DMG. DMG dealt scales based on Pressure Level.
·Level 4: Borrows the power of a fully-pressurized Pers to deal Physical DMG. Meanwhile, Normal Attack: Flowing Eddies will be replaced by Shattering Pressure.
Pers Timer
When Freminet uses Normal Attacks, he will also unleash waves of frost that deal Cryo DMG and increase Pers's Pressure Level.
The accompanying Cryo DMG dealt this way is considered Elemental Skill DMG.
Arkhe: Pneuma
At certain intervals, after using the upward thrust, a Spiritbreath Thorn in the form of another upward thrust will be created, dealing Pneuma-aligned Cryo DMG.
Purchased talent coefficients at level 1 and 1. These are individual skill values; they do not represent total build damage.

Shadowhunter's Ambush · Elemental burst
Unleashes a wave of untouchable cold, dealing AoE Cryo DMG, resetting the CD of the Elemental Skill "Pressurized Floe," and causing Freminet to enter the Subnautical Hunter mode for 10s.
While in Subnautical Hunter mode, Freminet's resistance to interruption will increase, and his Elemental Skill "Pressurized Floe" will obtain the following buffs:
·CD is decreased by 70%.
·Normal Attacks will increase the Pers Timer by 1 additional Pressure Level, and the frost released by his Normal Attacks deal 200% of their original DMG.
These effects will be canceled when Freminet leaves the field.
Purchased talent coefficients at level 1 and 1. These are individual skill values; they do not represent total build damage.

Saturation Deep Dive
When Freminet unleashes Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure, if Pers Timer has yet to reach Pressure Level 4, the CD of Pressurized Floe will be decreased by 1s.
Parallel Condensers
When Freminet triggers Shatter against opponents, the DMG dealt by Pressurized Floe: Shattering Pressure will be increased by 40% for 5s.
Deepwater Navigation
Decreases Aquatic Stamina consumption for your own party members by 35%.
Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.
