Yoimiya GUIDE
Understand Yoimiya
Useful when…
- Dealing ranged Pyro damage through on-field Normal Attacks.
- Applying periodic Pyro explosions after switching to another party member.
- Giving other nearby party members an ATK increase when using her burst.
- Refunding some materials when crafting specified furnishings.
Skill and Normal Attacks
Niwabi Fire-Dance lasts 10 seconds and turns Yoimiya’s bow Normal Attack arrows into Blazing Arrows, increasing their damage and converting it to Pyro. The effect ends when she leaves the field. While it is active, her Normal Attack no longer generates Kindling Arrows at Charged Attack Level 2. Her normal attack chain has up to five shots, making its talent a natural investment for a play pattern centered on the skill window.
Burst effects
Ryuukin Saxifrage deals AoE Pyro damage and marks one opponent with Aurous Blaze. Hits from any party member other than Yoimiya can trigger an AoE Pyro explosion on the marked target, at most once every two seconds. If the marked opponent is defeated, the mark passes to a nearby opponent with its remaining duration. The mark deactivates if Yoimiya is down. The burst also gives nearby party members other than Yoimiya a 10% ATK increase for 15 seconds, plus 1% per stack of Tricks of the Trouble-Maker she has when she casts it.
Talent focus
Normal Attack levels support her principal on-field skill pattern. Skill levels improve the empowered-arrow track; burst levels matter when you use Aurous Blaze or the party ATK benefit. Tricks of the Trouble-Maker grants 2% Pyro DMG Bonus per Normal Attack hit during the skill, for three seconds, stacking up to ten times. Casting the burst after building stacks adds an ATK bonus based on the stack count.
Handling and limits
Switching away during Niwabi Fire-Dance ends the empowered arrows. Yoimiya’s burst mark is triggered by attacks from other party members, not Yoimiya herself. Charged Attack Kindling Arrows are unavailable while the skill is active. Lyney, Mavuika, and Dehya share Pyro with Yoimiya, but their listed weapon types alone do not establish identical handling or roles.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Her skill’s on-field attack window ends on a character swap, while her burst mark works through other party members’ attacks.
- The skill empowers Normal Attacks while disabling Charged Attack Kindling Arrows for its duration.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Switching away during Niwabi Fire-Dance and expecting the empowered arrows to persist.
- Expecting Yoimiya herself to trigger Aurous Blaze explosions.
- Assuming Charged Attack Kindling Arrows remain available during her skill.

Aurous Blaze
All Normal/Charged/Plunging Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts by any party member other than Yoimiya that hit an opponent marked by Aurous Blaze will trigger an explosion, dealing AoE Pyro DMG.
When an opponent affected by Aurous Blaze is defeated before its duration expires, the effect will pass on to another nearby opponent, who will inherit the remaining duration.
One Aurous Blaze explosion can be triggered every 2s. When Yoimiya is down, Aurous Blaze effects created through her skills will be deactivated.

Tricks of the Trouble-Maker
During Niwabi Fire-Dance, shots from Yoimiya's Normal Attack will increase her Pyro DMG Bonus by 2% on hit. This effect lasts for 3s and can have a maximum of 10 stacks.
Summer Night's Dawn
Using Ryuukin Saxifrage causes nearby party members (not including Yoimiya) to gain a 10% ATK increase for 15s. Additionally, a further ATK Bonus will be added on based on the number of Ascension Talent "Tricks of the Trouble-Maker" stacks Yoimiya possesses when using Ryuukin Saxifrage. Each stack increases this ATK Bonus by 1%.
Blazing Match
When Yoimiya crafts Decoration, Ornament, and Landscape-type Furnishings, she has a 100% chance to refund a portion of the materials used.
