Local Specialty (Mondstadt)
A tiny seed that rides on the wind. Even without its feathered wings, it still holds the hope from afar within.
Used by the supported upgrade goals listed below. Requirements depend on the selected current and target levels.
Cryo★★★★★Eula is a 5-star Cryo claymore character whose burst builds a Lightfall Sword as her own attacks hit, then deals Physical damage when it explodes. Use her when you can keep her on field during the sword's up-to-7-second duration and want to build its energy stacks. Her skill adds interruption resistance and reduces nearby opponents' Physical and Cryo RES when its hold consumes Grimheart stacks.
Anemo★★★★★Jean is an Anemo sword character who combines immediate party healing with ongoing field healing, enemy launching, and a controllable pull. Use her when you want a burst-based team heal and Anemo field effects; her skill offers a shorter-cooldown hit and enemy repositioning, but its held form immobilizes her and consumes Stamina.
