Character Level-Up Material
A fragment of power that you obtained from defeating Childe, who had unleashed the might of his Delusion. It is the product of a will to fight that has been honed over countless slaughters. If humans do indeed have destinies, then his must surely have been twisted by such deeds. Why else, then, would he always be at the heart of every conflict?
Used by the supported upgrade goals listed below. Requirements depend on the selected current and target levels.
Cryo★★★★★Ganyu’s charged shot reaches a second charge level that fires a Cryo Frostflake Arrow and an AoE Cryo bloom. Her Burst repeatedly strikes opponents within an area and buffs active party members’ Cryo damage there; consider her for charged-shot damage or area Cryo support.
Cryo★★★★Rosaria's skill moves her behind an opponent when its size permits and deals Cryo damage. Her burst places an Ice Lance that repeatedly damages nearby opponents. Casting the burst increases nearby teammates' CRIT Rate based on Rosaria's own CRIT Rate, capped at 15%.
Anemo★★★★★Xiao is a Polearm user whose Burst greatly increases his jumping ability, attack area, and damage while converting his attacks to Anemo. Consider him when you want a field attacker built around repeated Plunging Attacks; his Burst drains his HP and ends if he leaves the field.
