Consider him when you want an on-field attacker who can build stacks through normal hits, Ushi, and burst attacks, then spend them in a continuous charged sequence. His charged sequence itself gains attack speed and interruption resistance as it continues. Since the burst ends when Itto leaves the field, the damage state rewards keeping him active during its duration.
