Jingliu gains Syzygy through her Skill and Ultimate. At two stacks, she enters Spectral Transmigration, advances her action by 100%, gains 40% CRIT Rate, and replaces her normal Skill with Moon On Glacial River. Each enhanced Skill use consumes one Syzygy; the state ends when Syzygy reaches zero. The enhanced Skill hits one enemy and adjacent enemies without consuming Skill Points.

Syzygy and the enhanced state

Transcendent Flash deals Ice damage to one enemy and grants 1 Syzygy. Her Ultimate deals damage to a target and adjacent enemies, then grants 1 Syzygy after the attack ends. At 2 stacks, her Talent enters Spectral Transmigration and advances her action by 100%, increases CRIT Rate by 40%, and makes Moon On Glacial River her only available Skill. Each use of the enhanced Skill deals Ice damage to one target and adjacent enemies and consumes 1 Syzygy; it does not consume Skill Points. The state ends when Syzygy reaches zero. The supplied entries include different versions of her Talent and other attacks, so their effects should be kept distinct. One Talent version specifies a Syzygy cap of 3 and a temporary ATK increase based on teammate HP consumed. Another describes a cap of 4, Moonlight stacks that increase CRIT DMG, and Syzygy gained after a total of 20 instances of ally damage or HP consumption. These are distinct listed effects and should not be combined into one kit description.

Teammate HP cost

While Jingliu attacks in Spectral Transmigration, she consumes HP equal to 4% of each teammate’s respective Max HP, and this cannot reduce a teammate below 1 HP. One supplied Talent version also says the HP consumed in that attack increases Jingliu’s ATK by 5.4% of the total HP consumed, capped at 90% of her base ATK; that increase lasts only until the current attack ends. This ATK effect belongs only to the Talent entry that specifies it; the alternate entry instead describes Moonlight and additional Syzygy conditions. The supplied mechanics do not establish how healing or protection interacts with HP consumption.

Technique and combat entry

Shine of Truth creates a Special Dimension for 20 seconds, where enemies become Frozen. Entering combat with enemies in the Dimension immediately restores 15 Energy and grants 1 Syzygy; it also has a 100% base chance to Freeze those enemies for 1 turn. The 1-turn duration is specified for this combat-entry Freeze, not for the initial Dimension Freeze. Frozen enemies cannot act and take Ice Additional DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu’s ATK at the start of each turn. Only one ally-created Dimension Effect can exist at a time.

Progression options and listed comparisons

Promotion, ability levels, and bonus traces are separate progression tracks. First identify which kit and trace family applies; then consider the corresponding Skill, Ultimate, or Talent track for the effect you want. Do not treat both duplicate families as necessary investments. The listed level 9-to-10 Ultimate step costs 300,000 Credit, 14 Worldbreaker Blade, 1 Tracks of Destiny, and 1 Regret of Infinite Ochema. Each enhanced Skill consumes one Syzygy, and the state ends when Syzygy reaches zero.

Common mistakes to avoid

Expecting enhanced Skills to continue after Syzygy reaches zero; each use consumes one stack.
Forgetting that the Ultimate grants Syzygy after its attack ends.
Treating the HP-based ATK increase as lasting beyond the current attack; it is temporary in only one Talent version.
Assuming the initial Dimension Freeze has the same specified duration as the combat-entry Freeze.
Investing in both duplicate trace families instead of identifying the applicable one.
