Understand Nowhere to Run
Useful when…
- Consider it when a Destruction wearer benefits from ATK and can secure defeats for self-recovery.
What does it provide?
At S1, it increases ATK by 24%. A wearer defeat restores HP equal to 12% of the wearer's ATK. At S5, the ATK bonus reaches 48% and the recovery is 24% of ATK. The trigger is a defeat by the wearer.
How do other damage options differ?
A Secret Vow grants damage and an additional bonus when the enemy's current HP percentage is at least the wearer's. A Trail of Bygone Blood grants CRIT Rate and increases Skill and Ultimate damage. A Thankless Coronation grants CRIT DMG and has Ultimate-triggered ATK and Energy effects; the additional ATK increase and Energy restoration require Max Energy of at least 300.
What can be upgraded?
Promotion advances the Light Cone through six stages. Superimposition raises the ATK bonus and HP restored per wearer defeat; supplied examples show a sacrifice copy for selected steps. Its recovery effect is tied to the wearer defeating an enemy.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- HP recovery requires the wearer to defeat an enemy.
- The recovery is based on the wearer's ATK.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting recovery for allies.
- Counting another character's defeat as the trigger.
