Perfect Timing

Effect RES and healing Light Cone

Introduced in v1.0

Perfect Timing gives its Abundance wearer Effect RES and increases Outgoing Healing by an amount equal to a percentage of Effect RES, up to a cap. Its healing benefit depends on the wearer’s Effect RES and the Light Cone’s stated cap.

Perfect Timing GUIDE

Understand Perfect Timing

Useful when…

  • For an Abundance wearer who values both Effect RES and Outgoing Healing.
  • For a build with Effect RES, keeping in mind that the healing increase is capped.

What does the healing conversion provide?

At S1, Perfect Timing grants 16% Effect RES and increases Outgoing Healing by an amount equal to 33% of Effect RES, up to 15%. At S5, it grants 32% Effect RES and the stated amount is 45% of Effect RES, up to 27%. These are the Light Cone’s stated rates and caps; they do not establish how the game calculates Effect RES from multiple sources.

Who might benefit from it?

It may suit an Abundance wearer who values resistance to effects alongside healing output. The healing increase depends on Effect RES and is capped, so its potential varies with the wearer’s build. The Light Cone also provides Effect RES as a stated benefit.

What changes with upgrades?

Promotion advances the Light Cone through stage 6. Superimposition raises the Effect RES grant, the stated healing conversion rate, and its cap: from 16%, 33%, and 15% at S1 to 32%, 45%, and 27% at S5. Each listed superimposition step uses one S1 Perfect Timing sacrifice copy.

How do other Abundance Light Cones differ?

Cornucopia increases Outgoing Healing when its wearer uses Skill or Ultimate. Dream’s Montage increases SPD and can regenerate Energy after the wearer attacks Weakness Broken enemies, subject to a per-turn trigger limit. Echoes of the Coffin increases ATK, can regenerate Energy after attacks that hit distinct enemies, and grants allies SPD after its wearer uses their Ultimate. Their stated effects differ from Perfect Timing’s Effect RES and healing conversion.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • The healing increase is capped, so additional Effect RES does not raise it without limit.
  • The comparison Light Cones have different stated benefits and trigger conditions.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Treating the healing increase as a flat amount independent of Effect RES.
  • Ignoring the stated cap.
  • Assuming the stated rate defines how the game calculates Effect RES from multiple sources.
