Understand Champion of Streetwise Boxing
Useful when…
- Use two pieces for the Physical DMG bonus on a Physical damage dealer.
- Use four pieces when the wearer can attack or take hits often enough to build its persistent ATK stacks.
How does the four-piece effect build?
Two pieces increase Physical DMG by 10%. At four pieces, each time the wearer attacks or is hit, their ATK increases by 5% for the rest of battle; the effect stacks up to five times. The set's stated cap is five stacks, and the duration is the rest of battle rather than a short turn window.
When is the stack investment worthwhile?
The four-piece benefit grows as the wearer triggers attacks or is hit, so it may take time to reach its cap. It is more attractive when combat lasts long enough for stacks to accumulate and the wearer continues to benefit from ATK. The two-piece Physical DMG bonus is available without relying on stack buildup.
How do other damage conditions differ?
As Navigator Isee Sees It boosts Skill and Ultimate damage after entry or Skill use, with stacks that can be removed at turn start or after Ultimate. Diviner of Distant Reach checks SPD before combat for CRIT Rate thresholds and has a first Elation Skill team effect. Poet of Mourning Collapse trades SPD for CRIT Rate at specific SPD thresholds. These are different conditions and stats, not automatic replacements for Champion's Physical bonus and battle-long ATK stacks.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The ATK bonus begins at zero stacks and needs attacks or incoming hits to build.
- The set's two-piece damage bonus is specific to Physical DMG.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the maximum five stacks are active immediately.
- Forgetting that the four-piece ATK stacks are limited to five.
