Understand Hero of Triumphant Song
Useful when…
- Supporting a wearer and memosprite that deal damage together.
- Using the four-piece SPD and CRIT DMG bonuses while the memosprite is active and attacks.
How do the four-piece effects activate?
While the wearer's memosprite is on the field, the wearer gains 6% SPD. When that memosprite attacks, both the wearer and memosprite gain 30% CRIT DMG for 2 turns. Two pieces increase ATK by 12%.
Who benefits from the set?
The full set is aimed at a wearer whose memosprite can be on the field and attack, since those conditions enable the SPD and shared CRIT DMG effects. The CRIT DMG bonus names both wearer and memosprite as recipients. Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder uses a different memosprite-related condition: healing an ally other than the wearer grants its wearer SPD and team CRIT DMG. That set is not a direct substitute for this memosprite attack trigger.
What can limit its use?
The four-piece SPD increase requires the memosprite to be on the field, and its CRIT DMG increase requires the memosprite to attack. Do not count a memosprite being present as an attack trigger; the effects have distinct conditions.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The four-piece SPD bonus requires the memosprite to be on the field.
- The shared CRIT DMG bonus requires a memosprite attack and lasts 2 turns.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the SPD increase while the memosprite is not on the field.
- Expecting the CRIT DMG increase without a memosprite attack.
