Understand Talia: Kingdom of Banditry
Useful when…
- A wearer whose build benefits from Break Effect.
- A Break Effect-focused wearer who can reach 145 SPD for the additional bonus.
What does the set provide?
The two-piece bonus increases Break Effect by 16%. If the wearer's SPD reaches 145 or higher, the set adds 20% more Break Effect. The extra amount is tied to the speed threshold.
When is the speed threshold worthwhile?
Consider reaching 145 SPD when the wearer can make use of the additional Break Effect and the speed investment fits the build. Below that threshold, the set still provides its base 16% Break Effect.
How does it differ from other planar sets?
Space Sealing Station increases ATK, with another ATK increase at 120 SPD. Belobog of the Architects increases DEF and conditionally adds more DEF at 50% Effect Hit Rate. These sets reward different stats, so their conditions do not substitute for Talia's Break Effect and SPD requirements.
What should you avoid?
Do not count the additional 20% Break Effect if SPD is below 145. Also avoid pursuing the threshold when the wearer does not benefit from Break Effect or the SPD cost would undermine more useful stats.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The additional 20% Break Effect requires 145 SPD.
- Its value depends on the wearer benefiting from Break Effect.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming the extra Break Effect applies below 145 SPD.
- Investing in SPD solely for the threshold when Break Effect is not useful to the wearer.
