Understand Tengoku@Livestream
Useful when…
- Use it when the wearer can benefit from CRIT DMG and the team can consume at least three Skill Points in a single turn.
- Consider the base CRIT DMG bonus when the conditional spending trigger is not reliable.
How does its trigger work?
The two-piece effect increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 16%. If three or more Skill Points are consumed in the same turn, the wearer's CRIT DMG increases by an additional 32% for 3 turns. The condition is the amount consumed in one turn, not a total accumulated across several turns.
When is the additional bonus practical?
The temporary increase is useful only if the setup can consume the required Skill Points in the same turn. Consider the team's actual resource use before relying on it; if the threshold is not reached, the base 16% CRIT DMG remains the stated effect. The description does not specify which character must consume the points, so do not assume a narrower condition.
How do other planar effects differ?
City of Converging Stars ties wearer ATK to Follow-Up ATKs and grants team CRIT DMG after a defeat. Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves builds a Follow-Up ATK bonus through ally actions. Forge of the Kalpagni Lantern offers SPD and a Break Effect increase against Fire-weak targets. These effects depend on different combat conditions from Skill Point consumption.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The additional 32% CRIT DMG requires consuming at least three Skill Points in one turn.
- The conditional CRIT DMG lasts 3 turns; the base 16% is the unconditional stated bonus.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Counting Skill Points consumed across multiple turns toward the trigger; the threshold is within the same turn.
- Relying on the additional CRIT DMG without checking whether three Skill Points can be consumed in one turn.
