How it works

The original-game perks page says Alchemy creates potions and remedies using herbs and additional ingredients, with the correct recipes and access to an alchemist's bench also required. It says leveling the skill makes brewing easier and makes time and requirements more relaxed, allowing attempts at more complicated concoctions. The skills passage adds that better mastery helps even when minor mistakes are made.
