Virtual Planetarium
Facility unlocked by Computing that produces Interstellar Research points from power and Data Banks.
How it works
The base-game passage says the Virtual Planetarium is available after researching Computing and must be operated by a Duplicant with Astronomy. It provides Interstellar Research points, needed for tier 8 research and higher. Each point costs power and 1 Data Bank; Data Banks can only be acquired via space missions with Research Modules installed.
