Effect and application
At maximum rank, 20% of damage is converted into Impact; rank 0 converts 5%, and rank 2 converts 15%. This is a Conclave variant for melee weapons, installed in a standard slot. It has Madurai polarity and base drain 2.
Ranking and fit
The mod has ranks 0–3. The 2→3 step costs 80 Endo and 3,864 Credits for the final five percentage points of conversion. Counterweight is listed as incompatible with Serrated Edges and Sharpened Blade, which convert damage into Puncture and Slash respectively. These are alternative damage-type conversion choices, not additional effects to stack with Counterweight.
