Enemy Sense

Warframe Exilus mod for enemy minimap detection

Released Oct 25, 2012

Enemy Sense adds Enemy Radar to a Warframe, helping reveal enemies on the minimap. Consider it in the Exilus slot when earlier enemy awareness is useful and the slot is available.

Understand Enemy Sense

Useful when…

  • Locating enemies through Enemy Radar.
  • Using a Warframe Exilus slot for a minimap awareness effect.

Effect and rank scaling

Enemy Sense provides +30 m Enemy Radar at maximum rank. It starts at +5 m at rank 0 and reaches +20 m at rank 3. Its listed effect is enemy detection; it does not provide defensive resistance or general mobility.

Slot and investment

This is a Naramon-polarity Warframe Exilus mod with base drain 2 and maximum rank 5. It is explicitly incompatible with Flawed Enemy Sense. The example rank 4-to-5 upgrade costs 480 Endo and 23,184 Credits; weigh the increase toward +30 m against other Exilus options before maxing it.

Related options

Flawed Enemy Sense is a lower-rank variant that lists +12 m Enemy Radar, but it cannot be equipped alongside Enemy Sense because of the stated incompatibility. Adaptation instead grants resistance to a damage type after being damaged, while Adept Surge is a Conclave Exilus variant listing increased mobility and reduced Health. Those have different effects and should not be read as radar substitutes.

Limitations and tradeoffs

  • It uses the Warframe Exilus slot for enemy awareness.
  • The named Flawed variant is explicitly incompatible with it.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Trying to equip Flawed Enemy Sense alongside Enemy Sense despite the stated incompatibility.
  • Mistaking Enemy Radar for damage resistance or mobility.
