Understand Bronco Prime
Useful when…
- Engaging close targets with a hitscan shotgun sidearm.
- Preferring four rounds per magazine over the base Bronco’s two.
Normal Attack profile
The Normal Attack is semi-automatic hitscan, with seven listed multishot pellets. Per-pellet damage is 40 Impact, 5 Slash, and 5 Puncture. It has 6% critical chance, a 2× critical multiplier, and 12.86% status chance. Falloff starts at 9 meters and ends at 18 meters with a 74% reduction. This remains a close-range weapon despite the larger magazine compared with Bronco.
Magazine, reload, and Incarnon Form
Bronco Prime has a four-round magazine and a 2-second reload, with a listed base fire rate of 4.17. It requires Mastery Rank 4 and has no listed polarity. Incarnon Form has its own profile: attack speed 3, 24% critical chance, 3.2× critical multiplier, and 25.71% status chance; its falloff runs from 18 to 36 meters with a 55.88% reduction. Keep this distinct from Normal Attack, whose falloff starts at 9 meters. Activation and acquisition are not specified here.
When another pistol style fits better
Lex Prime and Lex are described as accurate, powerful pistols suited to long range, which is a different role from Bronco Prime’s close-range shotgun spread. Kuva Kraken offers a burst from one trigger pull and can empty the remaining magazine with alt-fire. Those options provide different handling; their descriptions do not establish a direct ranking over Bronco Prime.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- The larger four-round magazine comes with a 2-second reload and a close-range falloff profile.
- The Normal Attack has only 6% critical chance; Incarnon stats are a separate profile.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Do not assume the Normal Attack shares Incarnon Form’s longer falloff range.
- Do not overlook the 2-second reload when comparing magazine capacity.
