Understand Orion & Sirius
Useful when…
- Using Orion’s Gravitic Slash to damage enemies and reduce shields and Armor.
- Trapping enemies with Event Horizon and redirecting it through the appropriate form’s attack.
- Generating Constellation Stars with abilities and spending them in Celestial Clash.
Keep the forms and attacks distinct
Orion’s Gravitic Slash repels enemies, deals Slash damage and status, and reduces shields and Armor. Holding the ability switches to Sirius and uses Coronal Ejection. Orion’s Astral Shell becomes a decoy that draws fire after taking damage until destroyed; holding switches to Sirius’s Jade Stars. These are alternate abilities on the same slots, not extra simultaneous casts.
Event Horizon interactions
Orion’s Event Horizon forms a drifting black hole that traps enemies. Hitting it with Gravitic Slash or Coronal Ejection extends its duration and changes its trajectory: Gravitic Slash directs it away from Orion, while Coronal Ejection pulls it toward Sirius. Holding the slot switches to Sirius’s Light’s Sanctuary. The input does not specify the alternate ability’s effects, so no additional effect should be assumed.
Stars and Celestial Clash
Celestial Clash takes the pair into the air, where each attack consumes a Constellation Star and inflicts the listed but unresolved damage type. Sirius attacks with the left attack and Orion with the right. Using abilities generates stars, but no more than two stars of the same color can be added in a row. Matching a star’s color to the Warframe color increases Critical Chance; the amount is unspecified. Swapping forms grants an unresolved Ability Efficiency bonus for an unresolved number of casts, and below 50 Energy they steal Energy from each other.
Build and limitations
The Orion suit lists 350 Health, 270 Shields, 300 Armor, and 200 Power, with Madurai, Naramon, and an aura polarity. Star damage type, swapping bonus amount, and number of affected casts are unresolved, so they cannot be used for exact planning. Sirius & Orion’s comparison entry has different stats and should not be confused with this Orion suit’s details. Caliban and Jade have separate stated roles; their summaries do not establish the same form-switching kit.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Several form-switch and star effects are conditional, while key quantities and the attack damage type are unresolved.
- Celestial Clash consumes stars, and same-color star generation is limited to at most two consecutively.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating a held ability input as an additional cast instead of a switch to Sirius’s alternate ability.
- Ignoring that Celestial Clash consumes stars or that the same star color cannot be generated more than twice consecutively.
