Effect and cooldown
At rank 0, Form Up recalls all Crew Members and heals them for 25%; rank 3 heals for 55%; rank 5 heals for 75%. Its cooldown is 240 seconds at each listed rank. The effect is a crew recall and heal, not a hull repair or boarding-party freeze.
Where it fits
It is a Railjack Tactical Slot 1 mod with universal polarity, base drain 0, and maximum rank 5. Breach Quanta stalls a Hull Breach temporarily, Fire Suppression extinguishes one fire, and Intruder Stasis freezes enemy boarding parties for a limited time. These tactical options address different emergencies and are not interchangeable with Form Up’s crew recall and healing.
