Resistance and mod fit
Insulation grants 10% Cold Resistance at rank 0, 40% at rank 3, and 60% at rank 5. It is a standard Warframe mod with Vazarin polarity and base drain 4.
Rank investment and incompatibility
Insulation has maximum rank 5. The listed step from rank 4 to 5 costs 160 Endo and 7,728 credits. It is incompatible with Flawed Insulation.
How alternatives differ
Flawed Insulation reaches 20% Cold Resistance and is incompatible with Insulation. Adaptation builds resistance to a damage type when damaged, stacking up to 90%. Adept Surge is a Conclave exilus mod with mobility and health changes; it is a different mode and effect.
