Understand Jet Stream
Useful when…
- Adding movement and projectile speed to a Zephyr setup that uses Turbulence.
- Sharing those stated bonuses with allies.
Effect and condition
At rank 3, Turbulence increases Movement Speed by 40% and Projectile Speed by 100% for Zephyr and her allies. Rank 0 lists 20% and 50%, respectively, with rank 2 at 30% and 80%. The augment’s description ties the bonuses to Turbulence.
Fit and investment
Jet Stream is a standard Zephyr mod with Zenurik polarity, 6 base drain, and maximum rank 3. Listed steps cost 30, 60, then 120 Endo, alongside 1,449, 2,898, and 5,796 credits. Raising rank increases both bonuses; prioritize it when you have capacity and want the stronger Turbulence benefit.
Other Zephyr choices
Target Fixation augments Tail Wind and builds its damage through enemy hits; Airburst Rounds augments Airburst to increase secondary damage after hits. Anchored Glide changes Zephyr’s airborne gravity and adds Ability Strength. These serve different purposes, so they are alternatives to consider when their particular ability or movement tradeoff better fits the build.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses a standard Warframe mod slot and 6 base drain.
- The listed bonuses are tied to Turbulence.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Expecting the bonuses without using Turbulence.
- Confusing projectile speed with a direct damage bonus.
