Understand Necramech Vitality
Useful when…
- Add Health to a Necramech through a standard mod slot.
- Use the rank costs to decide how far to fuse the mod for your available Endo and Credits.
What the ranks provide
The listed Health bonus is +17% at rank 0, +67% at rank 3, and +100% at rank 5. This is a Health bonus; it does not describe Health restoration or an Armor increase.
Slot fit and fusion investment
This is a standard Necramech mod with Vazarin polarity, base drain 6, and maximum rank 5. Listed fusion steps include rank 0 to 1 for 10 Endo and 483 Credits, 2 to 3 for 40 Endo and 1,932 Credits, and 4 to 5 for 160 Endo and 7,728 Credits. The higher listed cost for the final step is a reason to weigh the full-rank bonus against other uses for those resources.
How it differs from other defensive effects
Necramech Repair has a different effect: it restores 10% Health per second for 3 seconds when Health falls below 20%, with a 15-second cooldown. Necramech Augur converts 240% of energy spent on abilities to Shields. Those effects address recovery and ability-linked Shields, respectively; they do not change what Vitality’s Health bonus does.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses a standard Necramech mod slot and has base drain 6.
- The listed rank 4 to 5 step costs 160 Endo and 7,728 Credits for the increase from the rank 4 value to the rank 5 value.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Treating the Health bonus as Health restoration; the supplied effect only increases Health.
- Assuming the listed Health bonus also increases Armor or Shields.
