Understand Orgone Tuning Matrix
Useful when…
- Railjack setups that benefit from a combination of Forge, resistance, and turret heat improvements.
Effects and rank scaling
At maximum rank, the mod grants +22.5% Forge Capacity, -15% Forge Cooldown, +15% Elemental Resistance, and +18% Turret Heat Capacity. At rank 0, the respective values are +3.75%, -2.5%, +2.5%, and +3%. Rank 3 gives +15%, -10%, +10%, and +12%, respectively. The cooldown value is a reduction, while the other three values are increases.
Aura slot and investment
This is a Railjack Aura mod with Naramon polarity, base drain -2, and maximum rank 5. The final listed rank step costs 320 Endo and 15,456 Credits. Its effects span several ship functions, so rank it according to how much those combined benefits matter to your Railjack. No incompatible mod names are specified.
Choose by ship priority
Onslaught Matrix offers turret damage under a 100% Hull condition, a chance to reflect damage while Shields are over 80%, and Battle Mod Efficiency. Indomitable Matrix focuses on breach chance, shield recharge during breach, and armor below 36% Hull. Ironclad Matrix increases Hull, Armor, maximum Shields, and Shield Recharge. These alternatives have different effects and conditions; consider them when their particular combat or defensive benefits fit your priority better than Orgone Tuning Matrix’s mix.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Uses the Railjack Aura slot, so compare its mixed benefits with other Aura effects you value.
- Its maximum rank takes additional Endo and Credits for the final increase to all four effects.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Reading -15% Forge Cooldown as a reduction to Forge capacity.
- Assuming the mod improves hull or shield totals; those benefits belong to a different listed Aura.
