Understand Primed Magazine Warp
Useful when…
- Increasing a compatible rifle’s magazine capacity.
- Comparing the higher-capacity Primed mod with Magazine Warp when investment and capacity matter.
Effect and slot
Primed Magazine Warp grants +5% Magazine Capacity at rank 0, +30% at rank 5, and +55% at rank 10. It is a standard rifle mod with Naramon polarity, base drain 4, and maximum rank 10. It increases magazine capacity; it does not itself state an increase to reload speed or damage.
Rank investment
Higher ranks increase the capacity bonus, but the late fusion examples are expensive: 1,280 Endo and 61,824 Credits from rank 5 to 6, and 20,480 Endo and 989,184 Credits from rank 9 to 10. Stop at a rank that gives enough capacity for your purpose and fits the rifle’s mod capacity. This uses a standard slot rather than an Exilus slot.
Counterparts and limitations
Magazine Warp is the standard counterpart, listed at +30% capacity and maximum rank 5; Flawed Magazine Warp reaches +12% at rank 3. Primed Magazine Warp explicitly excludes both, so choose among them rather than trying to combine them. Aerial Ace is an Exilus mod with an airborne kill-triggered double-jump refresh and does not provide magazine capacity.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- Magazine capacity does not itself improve reload speed or damage.
- High ranks have steep fusion costs and consume standard mod capacity.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Assuming a larger magazine also makes reloads faster.
- Equipping Magazine Warp or Flawed Magazine Warp with Primed Magazine Warp despite the listed incompatibility.
- Paying final-rank fusion costs when a lower capacity bonus is sufficient.
