Understand Primed Smite Corpus
Useful when…
- Adding the listed Corpus damage multiplier to a melee mod configuration.
- Choosing a faction-specific option when preparing for Corpus combat.
Effect and rank scaling
The listed effect is a damage multiplier against Corpus: x1.05 at rank 0, x1.3 at rank 5, and x1.55 at rank 10. The input does not specify how this interacts with other damage effects, so these values should not be treated as a complete damage calculation.
Fit and compatibility
This is a standard-slot melee mod with Madurai polarity and base drain 4. It is incompatible with Smite Corpus and Flawed Smite Corpus. Amalgam Organ Shatter is another melee candidate with the same listed polarity but a different purpose: it adds critical damage and heavy attack wind-up speed rather than the Corpus-specific multiplier.
Rank investment
The mod has ranks 0–10. Listed example costs are 40 Endo and 1,932 Credits for 0→1, 1,280 Endo and 61,824 Credits for 5→6, and 20,480 Endo and 989,184 Credits for 9→10. Its listed multiplier increases from x1.3 at rank 5 to x1.55 at rank 10; weigh that gain against the later example costs and your need for Corpus-specific damage.
Alternatives and limits
Smite Corpus reaches x1.3 at rank 5, while Flawed Smite Corpus lists x1.2 at rank 3. These are lower listed multipliers than the Primed mod’s x1.55 at rank 10, and both are explicitly incompatible with it. The Primed mod’s stated target is Corpus; the input gives no basis for treating that bonus as universal damage.
Limitations and tradeoffs
- A standard melee slot is committed to Corpus-specific damage.
- Higher ranks have sharply higher listed example fusion costs.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Equipping it alongside either listed Smite Corpus variant despite the explicit incompatibility.
- Assuming its Corpus multiplier applies to other factions or represents final weapon damage.
- Confusing example costs for individual rank-up steps with total cost to reach rank 10.
